History: A 60 year-old man who was treated for
proliferative diabetic retinopathy experienced a sudden
onset right floaters. Fundoscopy revealed vitreous and subhyaloid haemorrhage. Fluorescence fundoscopy showed the haemorrhage come from new vessels elsewhere arising from the superotemporal retinal vein. (Click on the picture for a magnified view). |
