Congenital ptosis
This 15 month-old child adopted this head posture
because of bilateral congenital ptosis. The visual acuities were normal
in both eyes. However, he had problem with sitting and standing and constantly
fell over due to excessive chin elevation. Frontalis suspension was performed
for both eyes using silicone.
